Dilshad Keshwani has over 13 years of experience in Yoga teaching. Yoga for her is experiencing spirituality. She works at Yogaworks, YMCA, Self Help NORC, and offers private Therapeutic Yoga in New York City.

Montauk is a narrow peninsula at the East End of New York. It offers miles of scenic beaches, peaceful harbors and bays - a wonderful place for transformation and renewal.

Cost per person: $549 (double occupancy)

$699 Single occupancy, subject to availability.

All rooms have ocean view. Last day for registration: Sept 15th 2013

Price includes:Six Yoga practices and 2 Yoga Workshops, Accommodation at Royal Atlantic Beach Resort with its private beach, breakfasts, sightseeing on 2nd day, and a farewell dinner.
