Yoga Instructor, Jodie Rufty has been teaching yoga for 15 years in NYC, LA, and Internationally. Her diverse background in yoga, energy healing, and studying with many different teachers/healers makes her classes very transformative for the mind body and spirit. "Life itself is the ULTIMATE Yoga and Teacher; so we must live life to the fullest!" Jodie is a Senior Teacher and Trainer for Yoga Works in NYC and abroad.
